SALARY (let’s talk money)

We pay £6.95 - £8 per hour for entry level waiting and bar jobs. From April 2016 we will pay the National Living Wage (7.20 per hour) to all of our staff as a minimum. If that’s all you want to know then apply now via the link.

COMMUNITY/SUPPORT (the fun stuff and how we support you)

If you work for LOLA you are joining a community of lovely, fun people like David, Tony and Nicola. They have been working for us for years and they (among others) are here to support you.

I know what it’s like to start a new job, especially if it’s your first. It can be nerve wracking especially if you don’t know anyone. Never fear, our Ambassadors are there to help you. David, Tony and Nicola are just 3 of the wonderful people that you will meet on your shifts. They are there to help you with anything you need.

LOLA also has training options, both in our office and online so you will know what you’re doing on your shifts.

REQUIRED SKILLS (the perfect LOLA person)

Have no experience as a waiter or bartender? Doesn’t matter, we are there every step of the way to support you in your job. You will have an initial induction at our office and after that you have access to a number of training materials to look up whenever you want. Also you can come in for further training if you still feel at all nervous. We’ve got your back!!

All you have to be is enthusiastic, polite, friendly and able to work hard. If you have that we can teach you the rest.

SYSTEM (how to get your work)

You will also get access to our unique staffing system and mobile app which allows you to search for jobs at your leisure and apply for whatever you whichever jobs you want. Track your shifts and all the information about every shift that you do!
