You will be rewarded with a basic Salary of £8.10 per hour, plus a fantastic bonus scheme giving you the opportunity to earn in excess of £23,000 per annum (pro rata). In addition to the following benefits that the Home Retail Group offers:

Home Retail Group are looking for Collections Negotiators to join a growing high performing department in their Bolton call centre.

As a negotiator you will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers who have fallen into arrears on their Argos and Homebase store cards. Your role will focus on collecting customers’ payments, whilst ensuring that you are adhering to Data protection guidelines and treating our Customers fairly.

The Ideal Candidate will:

• Have experience in face to face or telephone based customer service. Previous experience in a collections role would also be advantageous.
• Have a competitive will to win & succeed
• Be motivated to achieve targets & bonus
• Have excellent communication skills
• A desire to build a fantastic career

Evening and weekend shifts are available between 4pm-9pm Monday-Friday and 8.30-4.30 Saturday, with the potential to develop your skills through further training and increased skill sets.

Training:

Full training is provided and starts Monday 13th July and runs for 4 weeks Monday – Friday 2.30pm- 9.00pm
