Job Overview:

We are looking for individuals with a passion for technology and solid academic foundations in analytical disciplines. As an Intern Business Analyst you will have the opportunity to get involved in a number of different areas/projects. These may include:

-Setting Best practice in support and collaboration through Cisco's enterprise social networking platform
- Analysing of metrics and understanding their conclusions
- Day to day project administration
- Developing and monitoring key performance indicators to support IT service availability and assurance goals
- Acting as an investigative technology reporter
- Helping Cisco IT scale customer presence
- Working with other business segments to compile and communicate information relating to how internal products are leveraged, managed and supported.
- Gathering and analysing end-user requirements
- Documenting and explaining information in verbal and graphical presentations, via the web and social media channels.
