B&Q Retail HR Administrator- Stockport
30 Hours per week, 5x6hr days to include weekends

Its our job to help customers create better homes and better lives. It could be yours, too. As the HR Administrator in store, youll keep all our people processes running. From updating employee details on our SAP HR system, keeping data up to date, to supporting the payroll process and managing the time and attendance system, youll look after a whole range of HR admin tasks across the store.<?xml:namespace prefix = %22o%22 /><o:p></o:p>

Building on your previous administration experience in an HR or administration role, youll be someone happy to get involved with the team, helping out when the situation demands. As you can tell, youll need to multi-task, prioritise and work at pace with accuracy, following through to do what you say youre going to do. Youll be confident on MS packages, such as Word, Outlook and Excel and SAPHR experience is an advantage. <o:p></o:p>

Youll work across all aspects of the employee lifecycle, administering the recruitment selection process, putting together offer letters, ordering uniform, looking after training plans and co-ordinating the engagement survey, so there will always be something to keep you busy in this fast-paced role. Working closely with the store management team, youll support and assist them on aspects such as building inductions, running the store recognition scheme and co-ordinating holidays, putting together the HR key performance indictors to help them manage their teams.<o:p></o:p>
