Placement Content Assistant  

As a content assistant you will work across the two streams of Ecomm photography and Content creation in the Creative Services team within George Brand. Supporting the two content coordinators you will ensure all output adheres to our brand guidelines and support the co-ordinates to deliver on brand creative in a timely manner. Creating content for all brand channels you will work closely with the wider Brand. 

Campaign support: 

• Support content co Ordinator on collating requirements and creating shot lists
• Collating design boards from the designers to brief the copywriter on trend names and blurbs 
• Supporting the creative coordinators on post production and collating trading repro amends, moodboard sharing and integrated deck updates  
• Ensuring retouching checks on photography  arecarried out on time and to deadlines in a timely manner to meet brand & agency handovers
• Attend brand marketing showcases to support coordinators/deputies
• Brand guardian representative in the weekly Marketing Alignment meeting to capture all trading deadlines and requests and updates content & ecomm coordinators accordingly
• Support on delivering performance media, sharing assets, seeking approval 
  Working closely with the sample coordinator to ensure all samples orders are completed and ready for shoot & creating shoot packs
• Proof reading and checking copy and prices are correct 
  Support in general housekeeping; manage folder systems and updating creative integrated decks 

Ecomm support: 

• Support in studio styling 'wardrobe' – sourcing and maintainingsample options 
• Responsible for cutouts for all adults fashion lines
• Responsible for ensuring all assets are handed over to the relevant stakeholders on time and against critical path 
• Inputting to the marketing weekly pack

About you  

• Studying a fashion related degree at university
• Wider marketing knowledge is preferable – especially around acquisition and retention 
• An interest in the fashion market 
• Experience on fashion photoshoots is ideal but not essential 
• A great eye for detail 
• Team playing who is confident managing and taking control of projects individually
• Strong communication skills and a confident presenter 
• Confident working in a fast-paced environment, and able to prioritise and multi-task  
• Extremely agile and open to change 
• Great team player

As a university placement role this is a Fixed Term Contract starting from Summer 2023 and ending in August 2024
