Who are we?
We are a mission-driven company that provides free world-class training to graduates wanting to make a positive impact through a career in tech and data.
As a certified B-Corp, we reinvest all our profits into delivering high-quality technical and professional training to graduates with or without coding experience, helping to launch them into impactful, long-term careers in tech and data.

What do we offer?
Our free 12–16 week training programme is led by industry experts and covers software fundamentals, data engineering, data analytics, and business analysis, along with high-performance professional coaching.
After the training programme, we aim to place you with one of our various brand-name clients where we will then employ you on a £30,000 p.a. salary. You will work with the client for 2 years (your salary will rise to £38,000 p.a. in your second year) to help them solve real-world problems, while we continue to develop you technically and professionally.

We have new training cohorts starting every two months and are constantly hiring. More information on our specific application windows can be found on our application page.
On this page you will also find additional information about the training programme and the application process, including the application form itself. In order to apply, you do not need to have any prior data or technical experience; all you need is a problems-solving mindset, a desire to work hard, and the motivation to do great work to help others.
Once you have completed our application form, there are four stages to our assessment process:
- A series of online games that give us an insight into how you think through problems. This should not take longer than 45 minutes to complete and is fun!
- A more traditional online assessment where you are asked a set of questions that give us an insight into what makes you tick. This should not take longer than 40-50 minutes.
- A 30-minute Zoom interview with one of the friendly Sigma Labs team.
- A 45-minute Zoom technical interview with one of our technical coaches. This may seem daunting, especially if you have never coded before, but don't worry - we will help you to learn and prepare for this as part of the application process and remember, no prior technical experience is required.
