Are you passionate about travelling? Would you like to work in a role that gives customers great travel based experiences? Would you love the chance to work for us and get up to 7 flights a year to anywhere in the world?
If so we are searching for enthusiastic graduates, who love travelling and are hungry to succeed within a customer focused role within the travel industry.
About the role...
- Managing incoming calls (there is no cold calling in this role!)
- Offering advise and guidance to customers to help them find the right product that suits their needs
- Maximising revenue and up-selling further opportunities
- No sales experience needed - everything is covered in training
- Shift Patterns: Based on 37.5hrs per week - Monday to Sunday between 7am and 11pm or if you prefer to work evenings you can do their shifts between 4pm and 1am - it's up to you!
About you
- Any degree subjects considered - it is about your personality and potential we can teach the rest
- A passion for travel but no previous travel experience required
- Prepared to work the shift patterns listed above
- Confident communicator
