We have two graduate marketing pathways:
Graduate Marketing Assistant -
- Support, develop and aid implementation of channel specific (trade & retail) marketing activity plans, including promotions, campaigns, and customer events
- Generate and produce market reports reflecting overall business and departmental share KPIs
- Analyse tactical and promotional impact, with a particular focus on product mix and ASP development across customer accounts
- Work closely with wider cross-functional teams such as sales, product and customer experience, in order to align and amplify marketing activity
- Continually review external market (competitor, consumer, categories) and make recommendations for ongoing improvements
Graduate Digital Marketing Assistant -
- Maintain website data using the content management system (Adobe Magento)
- Work closely with the digital agency to maintain and evolve the website
- Assist with the creation and execution of online content including blog content, FAQs and product category landing pages
- Help manage daily digital campaign activity to increase brand awareness and generate new leads
- Ongoing review of Triton’s online user experience, analytics data and reading up on best practice to put forward and execute improvements
- Work closely with the wider customer experience team to create and share ideas to enhance the customer experience
- Continuously make improvements to eBay and Amazon product listings, to drive sales using tools such as Helium 10
- Use digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics to measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns; including sales, promotions, emails, visitor traffic

What Do You Need?
- A 2:1 or equivalent in a marketing degree
- To be within commutable distance of Nuneaton (Warwickshire)
- Passionate about marketing or digital marketing with an interest in influencing consumer behaviour
- For our digital marketing role, working knowledge of Magento and digital analytics tools, such as Google Analytics is desirable
- Comprehensive IT skills
