SportPursuit is a fast-paced, entrepreneurial team where self-starters have an opportunity to make a huge impact. We're a dedicated and passionate team of sports enthusiasts, who work hard to make things happen.

In this 12-month programme graduates will rotate around the business, spending time in three different departments.

As a graduate, you will get stuck into the workings of a fast-paced business, where you have multiple opportunities to really contribute. The scheme focuses on learning key skills required for a successful career, through a mixture of formal training and on-the-job learning. We've got a great record of our Grads securing a permanent role after their rotations and we have no doubt this will continue.

Departments involved in the scheme include Buying, Marketing, Finance and Logistics. This will give all our graduates the unique opportunity to gain amazing insight into the workings of a successful online retail business.

• Marketing - Learn how a high-performance acquisition marketing team finds the best new members for the site using paid search and other similar channels. Support in building and optimising performance marketing campaigns whilst also analysing campaign data.
• Finance - Learn how money works in an online retail business. Ensure suppliers get paid the right amount on time, help us stay compliant with our international and domestic reporting requirements, and support the business in making great strategic and operational decisions.
• Buying - As a graduate, you will learn how to present the SportPursuit brand in a strong and compelling manner to the thousands of exciting new brands that are not currently widely distributed in the UK. From sourcing brands to negotiating cost prices, you will perform an active role in the buying team which delivers 100s of exciting exclusive deals each month.
• Logistics - As part of the logistics rotation you will be responsible for one of the most critical parts of the business: ensuring our customers get the right products in the quickest time possible. As a part of the team, you will be central to the partnership between SportPursuit and our warehouses. On a daily basis, you'll ensure potential problems are anticipated, solutions are implemented ahead of time, and issues are spotted and solved quickly.

To be successful in this role you must have:

• A Bachelor's degree 2:1 or above (or equivalent). Graduated in the last 3 years
• High attention to detail, taking pleasure in making things "right"
• A logical and methodical approach to your work life and studies
• Strong time management skills with a natural ability to multi-task
• Thinks commercially
• Have experience of using Microsoft Excel (we'll test you in a selection of SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, String formulae, VLOOKUP, and INDEX MATCH. If you don't know how to do these now, there are some great excel tutorials online)

Nice to have but not essential:

• An interest in online retail
• A passion for sport
• A degree in humanities or STEM subjects
