Shazam is looking for an incredible Assistant who creates magic (like our app) for their managers. This role will involve supporting Shazam's VP of Engineering and Shazam's VP of Product, Music and Platforms and is expected to liaise across Shazam's global offices.
We are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant Executive Assistant who has a positive, "can do" attitude, with strong planning and organising skills, preferably with experience of working in an international environment. Key Duties/Responsibilities
- proactive diary management and making appointments in a way that best optimizes the allocation of the VPs? time
- arranging travel and accommodation
- organising meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings
- screening internal and external phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
- meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority
- dealing with incoming email often corresponding on behalf of the manager
- producing documents, briefing papers, spreadsheets and presentations
- liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff
- raising purchase orders and processing expenses
- when VPs are out of the office, handling requests in a timely manner, exercising judgment and maintaining confidentiality at all times
- planning and coordinating team meetings and other ad hoc teamcompany events (all hands meetings, other offsite and onsite meetings, virtual meetings e.g. video-conference, telephone conference, webex etc.)
- in addition to supporting your managers, you may have your own personal workload and responsibilities and would be expected to manage this
- purchase order creation and ordering, Invoice reconciliation, device purchasing, device asset assignment, software purchasing
Candidates must hold a valid UK work permit.

Required Knowledge & Experience:
previous experience in a busy Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant role preferably within a fast-moving, international matrix environment
proficient in arranging teleconferencing and video conferencing
