An international recruitment consultancy with offices in London, Chicago and Amsterdam looking for a high-achieving candidate to join their Rotterdam office. This business is defined by its market intelligence and professionalism within finance, analytics and business transformation. What Would You be Doing in the Role?

Focusing on the ERP, finance systems and Digital Transformation markets, you will start as a full 360 recruiter and responsible for developing new clients and filling the roles. You will get opportunity to build and maintain relationships with both clients and candidates, writing job adverts and working towards to KPIs.

• Researching, identifying, attracting, selecting and shortlisting candidates
• Initiating, managing and developing candidate relationships
• Proactively and consistently strive to identify new candidate and client opportunities within allocated target markets (360)
• Meeting candidates and clients face-to-face

Salary- £30K-£35K depending on experience plus commission

Great work-life balance- You will work regular office hours with a 3pm finish on a Friday

You Will Need

• You must speak either Dutch, Afrikaans, French, German or Nordic
• You must have at least 1-2 yrs in a recruitment role (ideally in ERP or Finance Recruitment)
• Evidence of achievement in your previous role.
