About The Graduate Scheme

We are currently looking for recent Oxford and Cambridge graduates to join our team in Central London. As part of the Graduate Scheme, you will rotate through different seats within the business to develop and hone a range of skills. Each seat runs for 4-6 months and includes Consultancy Sales, Client Management and Business Development. The scheme is designed to equip you with all the skills needed to be a successful business employee.

Utilising your own experience of applying to either Oxford or Cambridge, working in an enthusiastic and supportive team, you will have a direct impact on students embarking on the exciting application process. Qualifications/Experience

- Degree from Cambridge or Oxford University (undergraduate or masters) OR direct knowledge and understanding of the Oxbridge teaching system.
- Understanding of the UK education sector.

About the role

- Start date - ASAP.
- £24,000 per annum + performance related bonuses (in specific seats only).
- 25 days- annual leave + additional Christmas close-down period.
