Did you know…
- The 2.5 billion fish fingers we produce annually would stretch around the world 5 and a half times
- Last year, the UK removed 193 tons of material from its packaging – this is the equivalent to 16 London double decker buses
- We have the largest fish factory in the world in Bremerhaven
- We have the largest herb field in Europe in Reken
- Finally, only McDonald’s rivals Nomad as the largest fish processor!
What is the scheme?
We are offering a 3 year graduate scheme designed to develop the future Nomad Foods technology leaders. The scheme consists of 3 x 12 month rotation placements with the technology function, in an accelerated learning environment.
The scheme has been designed as a technology business management scheme, and the role placements available are typically non-technical in nature. However we are able to offer more technical roles to candidates who would prefer to follow a more technical path. Examples of typical scheme rotations are:
- Business Analysis: Working in either Commercial & Digital or HR & Finance areas of the Business Solutions team to deliver business change and technology solutions.
- Cyber Security: Working with the Information Security team to support and ensure protection of Nomad Foods’ assets against cyber threats.
- Data Office: Working with the Data team to delivery data systems and reporting aligned to the Data Office strategy.
- Service Delivery: Working with service teams and partners to ensure service excellence and acting as a Quality Analyst to drive improvements. This also provides the opportunity to get involved in ‘tech for tech’ projects such as hardware or network upgrades.
- Project Management Office: Working with the PMO manager to manage the overall project portfolio and project governance process.
What will you gain from the scheme?
Skills development and personal growth is something we are passionate about at Nomad Foods so we will ensure mentoring and continuous feedback is given throughout the scheme.
There will be opportunities to work with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels within the technology function and across the wider business.
