Finance Graduate Rotational Scheme Overview:
We are recruiting the next generation of Finance Leaders at Nomad Foods to join our Finance Graduate Scheme. We believe in working together for business and personal benefit. Where better to start your career than in a growing company where we have this appetite to grow together!
We are offering a 3-year Graduate scheme designed to develop the future Nomad Foods Finance Leadership Team. The scheme contains 3 X 12-month rotation placements within the finance function in an accelerated learning environment. You will undertake three placements in the following:
Financial Planning and Analysis: Working in the FPandA team, providing insight into business performance and helping to deliver the forecasting and management reporting processes. This will help you to build an understanding of business performance drivers and analytical tools.
Financial Reporting: Working in the Financial Reporting team to help deliver our statutory accounts and reporting requirements to the SEC. This will help you to build a strong technical understanding of financial accounting and the requirements of our investor base for reporting.
Commercial Finance: Working in the Commercial Finance team partnering with our Sales and Marketing teams to deliver business performance. This will help you to build an understanding of the drivers of our commercial business and support commercial discussions and negotiations.
Supply Chain Finance: Working in the Supply Chain Finance team partnering with our Supply Chain (Factories and Procurement). This will help you build a clear understanding of how we produce and distribute our products through the operational side of our business.
Internal Audit: Working in the Internal Audit Team contributing to internal audit and internal control projects, helping to ensure that business systems, policies, processes, and procedures are being appropriately operated, and taking action where it is found that compliance is being breached or weaknesses are identified.
It will be challenging, there is no doubt. However, we're looking to make all our Graduates, Managers at the end the three-year scheme.

What are we looking for?
- A 2:1 degree, or higher in any discipline
- Naturally good with numbers and analysis
- Flexible on location - you'll need to be internationally mobile
