What is the scheme?
We are recruiting the next generation of Finance Leaders at Nomad Foods to join our Finance Graduate Scheme.
We are offering a 3-year Graduate scheme designed to develop the future Nomad Foods Finance Leadership Team. The scheme contains 3 x 12-month rotation placements within the finance function in an accelerated learning environment. You will undertake three placements in three of the following:
- Financial Planning and Analysis: providing insight into business performance and delivering the forecasting and management reporting processes.
- Financial Reporting: will involve building a technical understanding of financial accounting and requirements for our investor base.
- Commercial Finance: partnering our Sales and Marketing teams to deliver business performance.
- Supply Chain Finance: partnering with our Supply Chain (Factories and Procurement) to understand how we procure, produce and distribute our products throughout Nomad.
- Internal Audit: ensuring that business systems, policies, processes and procedures are being appropriately operated, and taking action where weaknesses are identified.
It will be challenging, there is no doubt. However, we’re looking for the future leaders of Nomad, and we hope you will be up for the challenge!

What are we looking for?
- A 2:1 degree, or higher, in any discipline
- Flexible on location - you'll need to be internationally mobile
