Location: Mauve Group's head offices are based in London, York, Dubai and Cyprus; this role will be based in the UK, Cyprus or other locations in Europe would be considered.

The Role: This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and diligent junior legal specialist to take a supporting role in our busy contracts department and to provide valuable support to various departments within the Mauve group.
Reporting to Myriam Foresi - legal manager and Sadie Boakes - international contracts manager, you will be involved with assisting the legal manager with overseeing the day-to-day legal aspects within the Mauve group.
This role would suit an innovative, resourceful, proactive and organised person who is quick-to-learn who can work well in a team, and is keen to develop their career.
Your Duties Will Include:
- Drafting, checking, reviewing and verifying contractual documentation
- Research and analyse organisational legal issues, regulation and legislation changes
- Communicate and correspond with colleagues, clients, lawyers, partners, employees regarding contractual matters
- Provide advice to support business operations on a wide variety of contract, intellectual property, corporate, privacy and compliance issues
- Develop template agreements as needed
- Ensure deadlines are met, questions are answered, and requests are addressed
- Participate in special projects as needed
Role Requirement:
- A degree in commercial law, corporate law, contract law, employment law andor HR
- Experience in corporate and commercial matters
- An intermediate level Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Office 365 and Adobe
- Confidence in communicating with clients
