The Role:

Reporting to the Head of Marketing and providing additional assistance to the PR and Communications Manager, you will support the Marketing and PR teams to create and implement Mauve's content strategy across all digital channels, including social media. As part of an editorial team, you will write and edit creative copy for internal and external use, including blogs, articles, newsletters, whitepapers, website copy, printed documents and more.
With excellent creative and analytical skills, you will monitor and provide detailed reporting on the performance of our digital and content channels, learning and utilising our marketing automation platform and other analytical tools. You will participate in the creation and evaluation of marketing campaigns, and provide general, valuable support to the Marketing team as needed.
Your duties will include:
- Social Media Channel Management - creation of social media strategy, scheduling of posts and management of channels, analysis of channel performance.
- AdWords and SEO - assistance with the management of outsourced PPC, Google AdWords and SEO strategy, attending regular meetings and analysing performance of our external supplier.
- Content and Copy Writing - writing and editing creative copy for internal and external use as part of the editorial team, managing library of content and analysing content performance.
- Website and Marketing Platform Support - supporting with creating, reviewing and updating website content. Learning and utilising marketing automation platform to assess digital performance, and assisting with creation of marketing campaigns using marketing automation platform.
- General Marketing Support - support to the wider Marketing and PR teams as needed.
