Luminous Energy - Graduate Business Development Associate

Luminous Energy specializes in the planning and development of large-scale photovoltaic power plants, from initial site selection to connection and commissioning. Luminous has a proven track record in several markets with projects under development in the UK, Australia, Chile and the USA. We aim to maximize profitability by combining the best locations, technology, and partners for the realization of high quality clean energy projects, ensuring our designs respect the local environment and community.

Your responsibilities

Luminous Energy is seeking a motivated individual to support its business development activities, 4 days per week for a total of 30 hours. This is a 6 month contract with the potential to convert into a full-time position. You will:

? Create new project opportunities; ? Create site plans using Google Earth; ? Follow up contact with identified opportunities by phone; ? Assess the feasibility of projects and recommend how they are progressed; ? Periodically report on project pipeline, competition, and market developments

In addition to day-to-day work, you will participate in various activities that will provide insight into other aspects of the energy industry.

Proficiency using Microsoft Office and Google Earth. ? Strong problem-solving skills. ? Commercial awareness ? Strong interest in the renewable and clean energy sector.

Must own a car or have access to frequent travel.
