Jim Lawrence is a high-end lighting and home furnishings business based in Hadleigh, Suffolk, manufacturing and selling direct to customers, with a reputation for excellent customer service.
The company experiences higher call volumes in the run up to Christmas and is therefore looking to recruit a small team of graduate customer services advisors, to ensure customer service standards are maintained during this period.
Customer Service Advisor responsibilities
- Answering telephones quickly and efficiently
- Providing customer information
- Processing orders and brochure requests on screen
- Managing customer queries
- Dealing with customer complaint
Applicants will need to have a university degree or equivalent; strong listening, written and verbal communication skills and a positive and pro-active manner. No previous experience is needed, though work experience in a commercial or retail environment would be a benefit.
The temporary team will be trained and supported throughout by an experienced customer services representative, so this is a great opportunity to gain useful skills and experience in a friendly and informal environment.
The pay is £16,500 pro rata and the position is offered on a fixed term until the end of December 2016.
