IT Recruitment Consultant

Cortex IT Recruitment, a dynamic and well established IT recruitment company, are now looking to grow our successful team. We are part of the hugely successful GRB group, formed in 1997 by two business graduates. We place IT professionals into mid-level roles such as software and web development, tech consultancy, business analysts and project management.

The Role

We are looking for a driven and capable recruitment consultant to join the team. Using the GRB's database, you will have access to the very best candidates to fulfill your clients' needs. We offer an excellent commission structure with uncapped earnings and a competitive basic salary. We operate a truly meritocratic business with opportunities to progress to director level!

We are ideally looking for a candidate who lives within a commutable distance to Milton Keynes. Depending on start date, the role could initially be working remotely from home, so suitable working environment and fast broadband is required. A driving license and access to a car is also desirable for when working from home guidelines are lifted.

• No degree is necessary, but proven track record in meeting KPIs and targets is!
• B2B, sales, or account management experience
