At Healix, we have a team of coordinators who handle medical and travel plans for those who become injured or fall sick overseas. From a road traffic accident to Uganda, to a heart attack in Beijing, we can teach you how to coordinate with a range of experts to ensure our patients receive the very best care!

What Will You Be Doing?

You'll work as part of a strong team to organise healthcare and travel solutions for people all around the world. Our clinical team will direct on the medical aspects while you'll focus on the logistical elements such as:

• Identifying an individual's need and claim eligibility through effective questioning and listening
• Liaising with customers, insurance underwriters, and international medical providers to coordinate cost-effective treatment
• Escalating urgent, high risk or high-profile cases to team leaders and operations managers

The role is shift-based from our offices in Esher (Surrey) working 37hrs a week, covering between the hours of 7am and 10pm, including weekends on a rota basis. There are no night shifts and there is opportunity for some hybrid working after you finish your training period.

What We're Looking For

• A degree in one of he following areas: Politics, International Relations, Geography, Social Sciences, Business or any Language.
• Ability to work under pressure and see the 'bigger picture'
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good geographical knowledge or language skills are an advantage, but not necessary

• You'll start on a salary of £25,000pa and this will increase by £500 every 6 months for your first 2 years in the role
