Graduate Technology Consultant - Implementation and Configuration

A growing technology consultancy, who focus on the CRM space.

The Role

The role will see you initially work in configuring solutions to meet client requirements. This will enable you to gain an understanding of the tech-stack and tools used to build additional functionality to the systems. You can expect to be exposed to systems analysis, development and gathering requirements from clients.

In time your role will evolve into a full 360 consultant where you will be involved in initial requirements gathering and system design. This is a client facing role so you will have early exposure to clients and will offer support and training to end users.

You can expect to be given full training and the chance to gain certification in relevant technologies.

Requirements

Applicants do not need to have studied a technology focused degree but do need to demonstrate a clear interest in IT. Perhaps you have built a website, started to learn to code in your own time or have built and maintained your own PC or home server. In addition you should:

• Have performed consistently well throughout your academic career
• Want to work in a client facing role that will require you to build and foster relationships
• Be naturally solution focused
• Have an understanding of a programming language or database (all considered)
• Be available to start work immediately
• Have flexibility to travel with work when required
