On the management consultancy side their staff implement business change and strategy, deliver effective project and programme management, structure and run complex procurement and conduct investment appraisals and options analyses.

There are 60-75 people in the company so there are great opportunities to progress to senior level. You are very much treated as an individual not as a 'number' as you may be treated in a larger firm.

Clients include: MOD, MOJ, universities, health and transport sectors and also public sector.

The Role

This role will provide a fantastic springboard into developing your consulting career with client engagement and project work the norm from the start.

You will gain experience in a manner that would provide the right level of support to ease the transition from an academic environment, whilst enabling you to make a contribution at an early stage within the company.

You will provide consultancy to public sector and defence organisations, helping them get maximum benefit from their ICT investments and business change requirements. The range in clients and project work ensures that you will gain exposure to a variety of technical and business challenges in a short space of time.

Over time you will be encouraged to hone your skills and take on responsibilities in areas such as:

• Operational analysis
• Security and information risk assurance
• Technical, enterprise or security architecture
• Strategy development
• Management consulting

Due to the nature of customer site working, regular travel within the UK should be expected (COVID restrictions allowing) as well as a mix of home working or a hybrid working approach.

Candidates Must Have:

• Strong A-levels (or equivalent), ideally at A or A* level in at least one STEM subject
• Masters level education

Candidates must be eligible and willing to gain UK security clearance to apply for this position.
