Graduate Rotational Scheme - Finance

This 2 and a half-year rotational scheme will get you working on impactful finance rotations and projects, and aims to give you a broad understanding of the company, leading to a potential management or specialist route as you progress in your career.

CIMA/ACCA funding and support is also provided.

• You will start with an in depth induction, learning about all aspects of the business. This will include all aspects of finance, and will also get to spend an exciting training period in the field to understand the brand's strategy across the UK.

• You will then embark on two finance rotations, each lasting 12 months. These will include areas such as financial analysis, planning, entity finance and commercial finance.

• Throughout the scheme, you will have the support of a buddy, mentor and programme manager as well as direct management and coaching from senior leaders and other graduates in the business. 

Please note that the scheme starts in September 2024 and will be assessed via an in-person assessment centre on Wednesday 13th March. Please only apply if you can attend on this date.

This role offers a £35K base, plus many other perks, including a very generous pension and an array of flexible benefits! Your salary will increase with each accountancy exam you pass, as well as yearly reviews and a 10% bonus opportunity.

About You:

• A 2:1 (or equivalent) in any degree subject, with a preference toward a link to finance
• Collaborative, ambitious and self-motivated with a desire to progress 
• Able to start in September and can attend an in-person assessment centre on the 13th of March
