The Company:
We are working with a boutique recruitment consultancy based in south west London (in the town crowned the best place to live in London for 2021) who specialist in headhunting in the IT, managed services and sales industries across the UK and Europe.
They are looking to hire two hard-working graduates to join their close-knit and collaborative team to service their established and growing client base.

Role: Resourcing Partner
Graduates will come into the company in a delivery and resource focused position. You'll work very closely with the director and senior consultants by predominately finding and screening and qualifying the best software developers and network engineers for their clients.
Other responsibilities will be:
- Conducting market research to understand the IT markets and where the opportunities are within the industry
- Mastering their internal database and other methods for finding candidates as well as what to say when you call them!
- Understanding what their clients do, technical language etc.
After mastering the basics, you'll progress into a full consultant position where you'll specialise in one particular area within their markets and look to establish your own client based via referrals and conducting business development.
Requirements:
- Degree level education with a 2:1 or equivalent minimum in any degree group
- Any type of office, commercial, sales or customer service experience
- Strong communication skills
- An interest in the IT or tech fields
- Ideally living in the south west of London or relocating down with ties to the area
