Graduate Research Analyst

• Gain exposure to all aspects of the business to learn and understand the full cycle of the executive search process
•  Utilise our internal database to capture and maintain best practice for accurate candidate, company, assignment and market information
• Working across all practices, using internal and external sources of information, conduct extensive and detailed research into existing and potential clients, their competitors and market sectors
• Using internal and external sources of information, build market maps by the identification of target company and candidate pools
• Assist as directed in the preparation of search documentation, e.g. pitch documentation and ad hoc presentations, job briefs, search strategy preparation, company profiling etc.
• Under guidance from a partner, attend client briefing meetings/calls

Requirements

• 2:1 and above (or equivalent)
