A global events company is seeking a relationship manager to drive engagement and attendance across its B2B event portfolio. This role focuses on building targeted audiences, ensuring demographic alignment, and supporting sales and revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute audience acquisition strategies, leveraging multiple platforms and outreach channels.
- Build and maintain relationships with key executives to ensure continued participation.
Manage audience databases, ensuring accuracy and data optimization.
Attend global events as needed, facilitating networking and enhancing attendee experience.
Work cross-functionally with Content, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to drive engagement and sponsorship fulfilment.
Support sponsor-hosted meetings between top-tier attendees and partners.
Stakeholder Interactions
External:
Engage with executives and VIP attendees to secure participation and build brand loyalty.
Coordinate with sponsors and industry associations to optimize attendance.
Liaise with database managers to enhance audience targeting.
Internal:
Align audience strategies with Content and Marketing teams.
Support Sales teams in identifying and engaging target audiences.
Provide regular updates on campaign progress and market feedback.

What You Will Need:
- 2:1 equivalent or above
- Experience in a client-facing role (this can be in sales, account management, recruitment or something similar).
