As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be given the chance to work in a dynamic and rapidly expanding recruitment environment. This is a 360-recruitment role where you will manage a specific set of boroughs and service both clients and candidates, fulfilling recruitment needs and building strong relationships. You’ll play an integral part in the recruitment process, including sourcing and placing candidates, meeting clients, and negotiating deals.
