Graduate Recruitment Consultant

An international recruitment consultancy with offices in London, Chicago and Amsterdam looking for a high-achieving candidate to join their London office. This business is defined by its market intelligence and professionalism within finance, analytics and business transformation. The Role:

• Building relationships with clients and candidates
• Winning new clients within your target market (360)
• Working towards targets and KPIs 
• Initiating, managing and developing candidate relationships
• Managing interview processes 
• Receiving and reviewing applications
• Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job

You Will Need

• Must speak Dutch fluently
• Must be willing to fly to Rotterdam office/others every so often (company will cover cost)
• A 2:1 or above in your chosen subject (or equivalent) 
• You will need to be committed as it does take a while to be successful
• You will need to have excellent communication skills as you will be networking with C Level executives
• You will need to be a hard worker who enjoys being busy and achieving
