The Role

You’ll be responsible for sourcing suitable candidates through a variety of different recruitment methods across multiple vacancies. You’ll guide your candidates through the entire process and supporting them with CV tailoring, interview preparation ad much more.

You’ll build strong working relationships with clients to support their ever-changing recruitment needs. At this point. You'll quickly progress into a 360-consultant role, where you’ll spend time focusing on business development and finding new and exciting companies to work with to continue growing your client base.
