This specialist law firm is looking for two graduate paralegals to join its growing team later this year. You will join their commercial property department and benefit from a team that supports development. Working closely with qualified lawyers, other early-career professionals, and a Partner of the firm, you will hit the ground running at a firm committed to early talent development.
The Role
From day one, paralegals are trusted with meaningful legal tasks such as:
- Drafting and reviewing property documents
- Supporting commercial transactions and title due diligence
- Handling post-completion work like SDLT, Land Registry, and Companies House filings
- Communicating directly with clients, agents, and opposing counsel
As well as this, you will be offered a qualification route in the future alongside your colleagues.
About You
If you're a recent graduate with a strong academic record and a clear interest in commercial property law, then this is a great next step in your legal career. If you've gained legal experience alongside university or since graduating, then your application is also welcome!
Essential requirements:
- 2:1 Law degree (or equivalent) or those with a Legal Conversion course
- Good A-levels (or equivalent)
- Driving License and access to a car
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong attention to detail
- The ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines
- A proactive and positive attitude with the ability to take on feedback
Preferred:
- Experience in property/land law, either academically or through work experience
