Graduate Medical Sales Specialist

The Company:

They're in an exciting growth phase and looking to bring a new field based sales representative to the team!

The Role:

A purely field-based sales role covering the midlands, north and north east, the ideal home location for this role is Leeds, Sheffield or Hull. You'll be out on the road visiting healthcare providers, representing and selling innovative medical technologies. 

• 100% field based - no being stuck in an office!
• Forming new relationships and driving the growth of sales volume within your designated ground
• Maintaining existing relationships with providers
• 360 sales role, manage the whole process from start to finish
• ASAP start

Package:

• £26k base salary, rising to £30k at 6 month probation
• Company car + expenses paid
• Private healthcare available
• 5% uncapped commission paid monthly
• Comprehensive training - spend a week in Austria learning about anatomy!

Why We Like It:

• Patch comes with existing customers turning over £40-50k p/m so you will earn commission ASAP, Expected OTE £50-60k in year one
• Progress to area manager within 2 years which comes with a pay bump to £40k
• Longer term progression opportunities to regional sales manager as business grows

Requirements:

• Any degree or equivalent
• Drive to succeed in a sales career
• Driving license
• Great at building relationships
• Happy to travel
• No prior sales experience is needed - but it is a plus!
