Graduate Recruitment Bureau (GRB) is a leading recruitment agency for students and graduates. With our HQ in Brighton, and an office in Milton Keynes, we recruit nationally into both large companies and SMEs.
In our Brighton HQ we have 50 employees and a busy, yet relaxed and very friendly working environment.
The Role
The marketing division have a crucial role within the company, responsible for candidate attraction, client attraction, and all external communications.
You will be responsible for supporting the marketing executives across a range of technical and creative tasks as well as taking on your own marketing duties to ensure GRB are attracting the most students and graduates possible. These will include but not be restricted to:
- Email marketing
- Co-ordinating and attending events to sign-up students (fresher fairs and careers fairs)
- Social media content and management
- Advertising administration for graduate employer clients
- Online community management
Progression
After a year establishing your skill set, we would create a path for you to progress to a marketing executive where you will get to take control of your own target universities and earn bonuses based on monthly targets.

About You
- A 2:2 or above (or equivalent) in any degree (marketing, humanities, business are ideal)
- Strong written communication skills and good attention to detail
- Keen interest in online marketing such as social media, blogging and graphic design
- A creative edge with the desire to learn
- A willingness to travel to university fairs when necessary, and the confidence and enthusiasm to approach and sign up candidates
