Graduate Managed Services Consultant

The Company:

A cutting edge software solutions provider specialising within treasury, risk and finance.

The Role:

This role will see you work closely with project managers to enable the delivery process of the technology platform and delivery approaches for services across clients.

This is a new service line and as such you can expect a varied role where you will support and gain exposure to multiple aspects of delivery projects. In time you role will evolve so you can take ownership and full responsibility for specific services. Initially you can expect to work on a range of tasks including:

• You will work closely with project managers to define and build the delivery approaches.
• Support in developing and refining digital-tool based approaches for the deployment of services at client site.
• Take a lead role in developing wiki-based delivery and operational execution standards
• Build and maintain reporting and BI apps.
• Manage project SLA's across implementations or automations on the platform to enhance client experience.

What We Are Looking For:

We are looking to engage with graduates from tech, business and finance backgrounds. you do not need experience with specific technologies but previous exposure to analytics and BI tools will be advantageous.

In Addition You Should:

• Want to work in a client facing role that will see you travel to client site.
• Have strong Excel skills.
• Be keen to develop an understanding of process modelling.
• Have an understanding of treasury management or business finance reporting.
• Be confident delivering presentations and engaging with clients.
