What You’ll be Doing: Graduate IT Support Technician

In this role you will be supporting big name brands like Jellycat and Pandora with their use of the most cutting edge supply chain technologies There’s no desktop support here, these are all complex and technology specific problems that you’ll be dealing with so a passion for learning and problem solving is an absolute must!

You’ll also be responsible for developing the training materials for new clients and building the knowledge base to help deliver top training for the technology.

What You’ll Need:

• A 2:1 (or equivalent) in a STEM subject
• Free to start in July 2022
• Some exposure to the supply chain or logistics cycle. Anything from a placement year to a part time job in a warehouse
• Proof of your grasp of technology (coding courses, work experience etc.)

Exposure to SQL is preferred but not necessary
