Graduate Finance Scheme - ACCA CIMA

The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a FTSE 100 Business as a group graduate accountant. The role will see you rotate through three teams within the finance division whilst studying for a professional qualification.

Rotations

Initially, you will work within the internal treasury team. Work will involve ensuring timely settlement of, accounting for, and daily funding to operating companies within the group. You will have exposure to senior managers from day one and will provide financial reports and processes to help drive the business forward.

Year-two will see you work within financial control. Here you will assess company performance and sales figures and analysis and reports for senior individuals across different business areas. You can expect your work to have a direct impact on future activities across the group's operating companies.

Year-three will be in in business performance. This will allow you to build on the knowledge you developed in year-two and will see you provide financial analysis and insight to potential growth areas of the business such as new product lines or retail outlets.

Training

You can expect extensive training on each rotation and you will also receive full support to study toward an accounting qualification such as ACA, CIMA or ACCA.

We would like to see applications from candidates with the following:

• Have achieved or be on-course for a 2:1 in their undergraduate degree or equivalent
• A minimum of 300 UCAS points or equivalent
• Attention to detail
• High level communication skills
• Fluency in a second European language would be beneficial
• A flexible approach
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
• A desire to learn and develop new skills
