Role:
- The role is a mix of office based phone sales and field based sales consultations. Mondays and Wednesdays are phone days, Tuesdays and Thursdays are meeting days and Fridays depend on workload and pipeline
- Build a strong network by meeting clients face to face, client base covers the M1 and M4 corridors. You'll be assigned a territory for you to build and maintain client relationships; locations include Oxford, Reading, Birmingham and Surrey.
- Initial 12 weeks of modular training including classroom based training and shadowing, with modules getting repeated throughout year one and continuous learning afterwards. Internal and external training delivered by company directors with over 20 years of sales experience, as well as external training schemes.
- With a focus on developing new clients you will learn about their products, the business model, the industry, contract negotiation, compliance and key account management
- After one year you will move into a new business sales or account management role
- Longer term progression as the business grows can be into key accounts, training, management and directing
Salary: OTE for the role sits at £55K+, made up of a negotiable salary depending on commercial experience (£27-29K) + commission + £4.8K pa car allowance expenses + bonuses. The earning potential in this role is extremely high and progressive within the role, looking at earning 6 figures in your third year.

Requirements:
- On course for at least a 2:1 or equivalent in your degree
- Driving license
- Living within or happy to relocate to a commutable distance to Oxford
- Evidence of high achievements outside of work and education
- Ambition to develop your career in a growing business
