This is a rare opportunity to join the business in their busy commercial division where you will train to become a future leader.

The training programme is designed to give you a broad exposure to multiple 6-8 month rotations which will include:

• Product management (pricing, market research, commercial analysis etc.)
• Sales (increase sales volume of products through various channels)
• Branding (development of product campaigns, promotional events, social media etc.)
• Strategy & planning (analysis of sources to develop business insights to drive business)

Throughout the programme, you will receive excellent support and on the job training to achieve your long term career goals.

What are we looking for?

• Degree educated (or equivalent) in your chosen subject, OR...
• We're also open to those with relevant experience/qualifications
• A driving license
• The ability to attend an in-person assessment day week commencing the 18th March
