Graduate Client Services Consultant - Implementation

A Growing Financial software house who provide solutions for investment professionals.

The Role 

You will join the client services team and work with existing clients on a range of activities including software support support, requirements gathering for upgrades, implementation and end-user training.  Initially you will work in a support capacity to gain a solid understanding of the product suite, process mapping and software capabilities before moving into client facing tasks.

What we are looking for: 

We encourage applications from all degree backgrounds, particularly those that have studied STEM subjects. An interest in technology and finance is a must but it is not essential to have previous experience. In addition you should: 

- Be communicative and want to work in a client facing role

- Enjoy analysis and problem solving

- Enjoy building and developing relationships

- Have some experience with data analysis tools and software.
