Area Development Manager
- Start date - ASAP
- Location - field based- the ideal candidate will be living north east of London or Essex
- A 100% field based sales and account development role with 80+ existing customers and many more to acquire
- Main objectives; maintain and increase product spent with existing customers, turn small spends into big spenders and increase client portfolio with new business sales approaches
- Clients are small to medium sized businesses in the field of construction
- Targets; to visit 10 customers per day, generate £10-12K per month in revenue, bring on 3-4 new clients per month, develop 12 clients to spend £5K+ per year
- Training and support; initial 4 week induction to include training on sales, products, policies and on the road shadowing. Spend 1-2 days a week with area sales manager, monthly team meetings and get togethers
- Working hours; Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm
Package
- £25K base salary
- Monthly, quarterly and annual bonuses leading to OTE of £32-35K
- Fully expensed company car with upgrade after 3 years
