Graduate Accountant - Swedish Speaking

My client is a specialist software and analytics consultancy providing advanced planning and strategic analysis applications to manufacturers and retailers in the consumer goods sector.

Do you speak fluent Swedish? Are you keen to build a career within finance within a global company?

The Swedish office of this dynamic, global software company is looking for a bright and personable graduate to join their finance team. While the whole company is large, the Swedish office is just 25 people, so you will be working in a close-knit team where you will truly get seen and make a real difference. You will also report directly to the Head of Finance, who is a great person to learn from.

Your role will include:

- Helping to prepare the monthly and yearly budgets
- Financial forecasting
- Putting together the month end financial reports
- Dealing with any invoicing
- Financial reconciliations
- Any ad-hoc finance tasks required by the team

While you're initially working in a small team there is a lot of scope for progression within the company, on a global basis. As you progress you will also be given the opportunity to complete a professional finance qualification to further build your skills.

It is vital that you have fluent spoken and written Swedish. As you will be required to use it every day, your Swedish needs to be business fluent (mother tongue, or bilingual level speakers ideally).

You must also:

- Have a 2:1 equivalent (predicted or attained) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or similar
- Be comfortable using Excel
- Be happy to work in a smaller team, and confident enough to deal with senior members of staff
- Have a passion for finance and a desire to build a career within this area
- Have an EU passport and the full right to work in Sweden
