Due to their recent growth they are looking to hire for a graduate account manager.
Account Manager- £30K-£35K
You will act as a key point of contact, working closely with both internal and external stakeholders to provide administrative support to a portfolio of TPI clients. This role will involve vetting potential clients, onboarding new clients, and ensuring a smooth handover to the post-sales team, as well as providing data when requested. In the absence of the Account Manager, the successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a proactive work ethic, and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Building long-term relationships with clients
- Onboarding new clients accurately to ensure a smooth transition post-sales
- Drive targeted financial growth through retention, upselling and new sales.
- Understand the market and different services to effectively address client needs
- Future progression will include developing into a sales role
- Salary- £30K-£35K.
What Are We Looking For:
- 2:1 or above (or equivalent) in your chosen subject.
- A desire to work within the green energy space
- Any previous experience working with clients is beneficial (this can be in sales, recruitment, account management, customer success or something similar)
- Desire to progress into a sales role.
