Account Manager

This is an exciting new role for this company. You will be repsonsible for ensuring the long-term relationships of existing clients.  

• Building relationships - maintaining regular contact with your clients via email, on the phone, and in person
• Helping the clients get the most out of the platform
• Hitting renewal and retention targets 
• Spotting opportunities to up-sell or cross-sell

Salary- £30K plus bonus

Start date- ASAP

Requirements:

• Educated with a 2:1 in any degree subject
• Evidence of being a high achiever; this can be shown through academics, extra-curricular or work experience
• Desire to secure a role in a relationship building role
• Ambitious and driven
• Hungry to be successful
