Graduate Account Manager - French Speaking

Joining the digital marketing client account management team, you'll manage a portfolio of clients across numerous verticals. You'll provide account support, advise clients on how to maximise technology usage and digital presence, and ultimately drive account renewals and growth.

The first 4-6 weeks will be training intensive, including familiarisation with technology benefits and usage, as well as industry best practice i.e. digital marketing techniques.

Key responsibilities include:

- Building and maintaining relationships with a variety of clients; understanding each business' key aims, goals and drivers
- Interpreting client data outputs; identifying key insights around account usage i.e. cross-selling and up-selling opportunities
- Account Support; troubleshooting and responding to client queries, advising on technology features and benefits and elevating where needed
- Digital consulting; advising clients on digital marketing techniques to drive ROI, offering relevant resources and training
- Client renewal; reaching out to clients to drive account renewal, identifying opportunities to cross and up-sell
- Teamwork; working collaboratively with other teams, particularly sales

Working with smaller client accounts initially, there is fantastic scope to progress upwards and work with larger client accounts. Also progress sideways into other areas of the business.

Requirements:

- Native level French speaker with excellent English
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong commercial acumen
- Tech savvy with genuine digital interest
- Comfortable interpreting numerical data
- Highly organised
- Any digital or account management experience highly desirable
