German Speaking Research Associate

The Role

• Attend the initial client meeting to understand the role requirements, company culture and expectations for the search
• Work with senior team members to establish the scope of a search, utilising a variety of databases to build a map of relevant sectors and companies
• Speak to market sources to collect relevant diligence on companies and potential candidates
• Make first contact with prospective candidates, understand their relevancy for a role and engage them in the process by advising them on how the opportunity aligns with their career goals
• Meet with candidates to assess experiential and behavioural fit, through competency-based interviewing, tailored to each search
• Produce the longlist, shortlist, and appraisal documentation for clients
• Be a liaison and trusted adviser to both candidates and the client throughout the process
• Assist the search lead in taking formal references on favoured candidates

Requirements

• A degree with at least a 2:1 (equivalent) 
• Fluent German speaker
