What's the programme?
Start Date: Monday 4th October 2021
Locations: Scotland, North West, Midlands, South East England
When it comes to fast-tracking your career, it doesn't come much faster than this. Our two-year graduate programme will give you all the knowledge and experience you need to become an outstanding leader within one of our world-leading Clubs, seeing you go from grad to General Manager in just two years.
You'll spend your first six months in member contact roles working across different Clubs and departments, from reception and activities to membership and sales. You'll also start training as a duty manager and have a stint at our Club Support Offices to get to know our members and facilities and get on-the-job training from our managers.
After six months, you'll be running your own department, giving you hands-on experience in what it takes to run the largest health and fitness operation in Europe. You'll gain more professional training and have access to our vast support network, making sure you get all the skills and support you need to succeed.
In year two, we'll take your training to the next level. You'll train as a key manager within one of our Clubs as you go through our management development programme. All to get you ready to become a General Manager at your very own David Lloyd Club at the end of the two years.
If you thrive on a challenge, are passionate about health and fitness, and have the grit and determination to succeed, then our graduate scheme is for you.
