The role:
The Asset Management Graduate at CHP will engage in a variety of specific initiatives and bespoke projects designed to support our mission of transforming lives. This includes:
- Support the Asset Management team in building surveying for all CHP homes, providing detailed reports as needed.
- Conduct Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) for stock condition surveys and occupied or void properties.
- Perform surveys and generate reports on compliance with the Housing, Health and Safety Rating System and Decent Homes Standard.
- Assist in resolving property asset failures, advising on major repairs or potential disposals.
- Manage programme risks to ensure successful outcomes.
- Oversee programme management to meet timelines, quality, and budget.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for works programmes.

What we’re looking for:
- A 2:1 or above (or equivalent) in a relevant degree such as Geography, Construction, Built Environment or Surveying.
- Experience in a customer-focused environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
As part of onboarding, this role may also be subject to a Basic or Enhanced DBS check and an Adverse Financial check.
