We are working with an international business development consultancy that enables collaboration between companies and technology providers.
They have been operating for over 30 years, working with clients such as Coca-Cola, Lego, Unilever, Peloton and more.
Business Development Executive
Responsible for the 360 sales cycle from opening the conversation to pitching the services and closing the deal, so you will open conversation, book meetings and see it right through to closing the deal.
Your business development will include reaching out to potential new clients but also some warm and inbound leads. You will approach sales with a multi-pronged approach including reaching out to clients via email, LinkedIn and cold calling.
- Building relationships with C-level executives, understanding their current problems
- You will help solve their problems by introducing them to your services
- Once you have won the client you will then become the account manager for that client
- KPIS - no call stats in this role but you will be required to get out 10 proposals a week
- You will have regular MS Teams meetings with clients, aiming to get 3-5 meetings booked in a day
Salary is £35K- £40K depending on experience plus £20K commission (uncapped)
Please note - this is a fully remote role. You will be given access to a WeWork in London if wanted.
Requirements
- Must have 1 year in a target-orientated environment (this must be in B2C or B2B sales, recruitment or something similar)
- Desire to continue your career in sales
- Available to start ASAP
