What will I be doing on this role?
This role will be within the Medical Affairs UK and Ireland team, which is an integral function to all other functions within the commercialization business. You will learn core skills within Medical Affairs but also have the opportunity to be exposed to activities and tasks in Marketing, Pharmacovigilance, Regulatory, Sales, and many other areas of the business equipping you for a career within the pharmaceutical industry.
Within the Medical Affairs team, you will participate in the activities of the immunology team and medical affairs. You will support development and execution of medical strategic imperatives for novel therapies and work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.
During your graduate programme, you will have the opportunity to:
- Gain exposure to process underlying planning and execution of medical strategy.
- Experience compliant interaction across functions with external stakeholders.
- Learn skills such as project management, organisation, presentation etc

What skills do I need?
- You must be newly graduated in a Pharmacy degree or Medical Doctor.
- You must have a sense of responsibility and the ability to work in a team.
- It is preferential, but not required if you hold the capacity to voice opinions that challenge the status quo.
