The Role:
The role is in the IT Specialty Service Desk. You will be responsible for handling the initial client contact via telephone, email, chat, or portal and providing technical/application support to BMS employees and their partners
The Team:
The IT Specialty Service Desk provides support in 5 languages for EMEA. We primarily provide specialist support for applications utilized by our Commercial and R&D departments
What Will You Learn?
You will learn how to identify and diagnose issues and provide solutions. You will be trained on IT, commercial, and life sciences applications. You will also learn about accountability, urgency and innovation.
What Do You Need To Apply?
Required: Fluent German, French or Italian speaker; multi-tasking, troubleshooting, inquisitive mindset and customer service experience are essential for this role; A BSc degree.
Preferential: Experience with MS Windows and MS Office Suite, ITIL Framework and ITSM.
